Create the repository

Section titled “Create the repository”
  1. Open GitHub → New repository
  2. Owner - your user or org
  3. Repository name - amplify-astro-cicd
  4. Visibility - public or private
  5. Add a README so main exists (required so later work can go through pull requests)
  6. Create the repository

Clone locally

Section titled “Clone locally”

git clone git@github.com:<owner>/amplify-astro-cicd.git
cd amplify-astro-cicd

Use the HTTPS URL if that is how you authenticate.
